My name is Grant David Pullishy. I reside in Edmonton,AB., one of the cities in the world with the highest per capita of gambling, from VLT”S(video lottery terminals),5 casinos in the city, 1 casino on native land on the outskirts of Edmonton, 1 casino in a suburb, and 1 racino, numerous bingo venues, and lottery ticket outlets, gambling permeates the city of Edmonton. I have lived in Edmonton for 33yrs., since I was 18yrs. of age. If it wasn’t for the atonement of sin of Christ Jesus at the cross, I would still be in bondage to the sin of gambling, in prison, or in a sanitorium, I give all the glory to the lord of lords and king of kings Christ Jesus, my salvation. Gambling is the sin of covetousness and idolatry , it takes your soul spiritually, emotionally, physically (passivity), etc. Satan comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy and he is very good at it, ignorance of the devil isn’t bliss. Too many Christians are ignorant or plain stupid of the spiritual warfare of the devil, there’s good training at Promised Land Ministries, there is a link on my website. For too long the body of Christ has been spiritually asleep, the Christian watchmen have either fallen in love with money in regards to gambling or are naïve to think that satan is not going to attack our city financially, spiritually, and hinder our walk in Christ, we must expose this darkness into the light of biblical truth. There’s nothing holy about gambling, Las Vegas isn’t called sin city for nothing, or shall I say Edmonton. Gambling is the backbone of crime, more pawnshops , more domestic violence, extortion, forgery, theft, bribery, prostitution, laundering of money, racketeering, the list goes on and on, it’s all bad, any charities using gambling venues as fund raisers, do they really think they are being blessed or cursed, the intentions may be worthy but the methods are blatantly wrong. I still believe in persistence, endurance, and working to achieve goals,gambling (the love of money) has destroyed many peoples lives directly and indirectly. Gambling (sin) is progressive, internet gambling is taking centre stage now, lose everything without leaving your own home. Casinos will be few and far between if a recession deepens, quite frankly, they reap what they sow. A huge percentage of the income of a casino comes from people that will lose everything, 3-5 times the cancer rate is not a small percentage. The casinos use all kinds of angles to rationalize their motives, how many suicides is acceptable, how many bankruptcies, what a warped sense of humour, a police officer loses money at a blackjack table then shoots himself, and the casino doesn’t want to lose no downtime. What kind of a predatory government wants to destroy its” future, are they purposely creating a ghetto nation? Do they think we are all losers and suckers? Do they need another raise in pay for creating a depression by legalizing gambling, are they any different from a drug dealer? I PRAY people in governments REPENT from gambling? Even the Salvation Army doesn’t accept gambling revenues. Give me billions of dollars, and I can look good on the outside; building an easy street ranch, give money for schools, just like drug dealer Pablo Escobar, at the same time destroying thousands of lives, peoples inheritances, destroying their health, wake up and smell the coffee; no wonder you get free drinks, even free cigarettes in most casinos; they’re not really free, they’re given to you to dull your senses. At Cesears Palace there’s an escalator in but nothing leading out, in Las Vegas casinos no clocks nowhere, they are all licensed CON ARTISTS, LEGALIZED MAFIA. God’s word says; my people perish for the lack of vision. Stand up for the truth, 2Timothy6-9 was written for a reason. Come out of Babylon if you don’t want to share in the judgement of her sins.
